All Bodied classes are accompanied by inspirational and intentional playlists curated to get you out of your head and into the moment. Classes are led by knowledgeable and highly motivational instructors who were hand-picked for their ability to create something much more than just a workout.

Class Formats

  • Our classic Bodied class combines the strength of resistance training, the cardio of modern step aerobics, and the stability of Pilates all within 45 minutes. Classes are rhythmically programmed and curated with an inspirational and upbeat playlist designed to help you connect to the movement on a deeper level.

  • Bodied, but make it a full HOUR! This class delivers everything that our classic Bodied class offers but with an extra 15 minutes programmed in to take it to the next level. Think: more dynamic cardio, deep core stability and intentional resistance training.

  • It's your classic Bodied Hour class but it's ramped up. Expect 30 minutes of advanced step choreo into 30 minutes of complex, high-intensity strength exercises. You will be pushed past your usual limits and challenged with unique exercises. You must have taken at least 10 classes to sign up for this class.

  • This class is not your average step aerobics class. We've added a modern twist that features our intentional and dynamic step portion of classic Bodied for the entire 35 minutes. Bodied Step is high intensity, low impact, and a PARTY.

  • A full-body 45 minute Step class. Get ready! You must have attended at least 5 classes prior to signing up for this class in order to be comfortable with learning choreography on the fly.

  • Bodied Strength is a 45-minute rhythmic, resistance training class designed to build muscle throughout the entire body in a functional way. Classes are programmed to teach you how to incorporate heavy weights into your workout routine safely and effectively.

  • Bodied Balance is all about building deep core stability from the inside out. This class inspires an intense mind/body connection as we move through a 45-minute rhythmic flow that combines active and restorative work while matching breath to movement and music.

    A yoga mat is required.
